About Us
Upclose & Virtual was founded by Emma Wilson. It was established to provide efficient, expert remote administration
solutions to businesses and individuals. Our primary services include administration support, transcription and virtual reception.
We also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients.
Upclose & Virtual operates from two offices, one located in Airlie Beach, Queensland and the other in Ballina
New South Wales. The two branches work in combination to service clients throughout Australia. We have access to a wide range
of technology that allows us to work virtually, from our office. We also are a part of an established virtual assistants
network so at a moments notice we can call on other expertise and contractors if needed. Our Airlie Beach, Qld Office
Emma Wilson runs the Airlie Beach Branch. Emma created Upclose & Virtual in June
2006 with a vision to be able to work from a home office by providing an ongoing and effective administration support to businesses
within Australia. Drawing on
her seven years experience in the public sector as a Business Coordinator and an additional five years in the private
sector arena, Emma began to slowly develop connections and networks that helped build her business. Today Upclose and Virtual
is a thriving administration support business that truly is, Upclose
& Virtual.
Our Ballina, NSW Office
Annette Saurine runs our Ballina Office. She has had background experience in the building industry
and telecommunication industry. Building on this experience and knowledge Annette’s key strength is tele-sales for small
businesses.
Annette believes that having excellent customer service is the foundation of every successful business.
Her
background of nine years within the administration sector has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and experience that
she brings to each client.
