Packages
Below are our current virtual reception packages that have been designed with
you in mind. We also don't require you to enter into a contract.
All you need to do is pick a package that
suits your business and commit to a month's line fee of $15.95 to test out our service. Our packages start as
low as $50 per week.
No matter which package you choose we will cover your phone during business hours, from 9am
to 5pm!
Bronze Package
The bronze virtual reception package has been designed with the sole operator in mind. This package
suits a business that would receive no more than 15 calls in one week.
Silver Package
The silver virtual reception package
is for the sole operator but perhaps you receive regular calls from clients or customers. You would anticipate receiving no
more than 35 calls a week.
Gold Package
The gold package is designed for businesses that have a medium amount of phone traffic.
Often beauty salons, hairdressers, tradesmen fall into this category as customers are ringing to make appointments or
obtain quotes. A business would expect to receive no more than 60 calls per week with this package.
Diamond Package
The diamond virtual
reception package is designed for those businesses which have a busy switchboard but receive no more than 120 calls a week.
